The space
The property consists of:
1 bedroom, living/ kitchen&dining room, 1 bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm, with AC.
There is a extendable sofa bed into the living room ( 160/200 cm) . Also there is the AC in the living room and 43" flat TV & 1000 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi. Also there is a desk, where you can work with your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped for a mid/long stay. There is a washer & dryer + dishwasher.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿 PARKING OPTIONS 🅿
-->You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "Варна паркинг" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
--> Alternatively there is a 2 paid parking zones just near by (7-8 min walk), where you can leave your car for 12 leva per day.

--> We have one more apartment next door so we can accommodate up to 8 people!!! <---
We can offer AIRPORT TRANSFER for additional charge of EUR 25
PETS are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between EUR 20 and 50 . The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.
We can also provide upon request:
Childrens crib for - EUR 15 per stay.
High chair - EUR 10 per stay
We keep to strictly NO SMOKE policy inside and guest can be charged up to the size of the security deposit as fine in case of a breach.
Guest interaction
We will be available to help our guests throughout their stay. By phone or WhtsApp, Viber from 8 AM to Midnight. If it's Emergency - 24/7.
Neighborhood overview
The "Greek neighborhood" is central and oldest part of Varna. The neighborhood borders with the railway station, the Sea Garden, the Festival Complex and Sea port.
There are found the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings from ancient times. the most famous of which are Roman thermal baths (the "Small baths" are just by the building). They are the largest ancient building found in Bulgaria today.
At the beginning of the 20th century, new buildings with a European look were built in the neighborhood at the remains of the ancient buildings.
Getting around
The Airport is 8.5 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line also will take you there. The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-20 h. working days, but the advantage is the free parking in the backyard of the building.
