The spaceThe property consists of:
2 bedrooms , living room with kitchen attached, 1 bathroom, and 2 balconies.
The main bedroom has a queen size double bed 160/200 cm.
You can access the upper bedroom though a STEEP STAIRCASE and it has a queen size double bed too- 160/200 cm. Air conditioned and also there is 32" TV there.
There is a extendable sofa bed into the living room that could be double bed ( 140/200 cm) . Also there is the AC in the living room and 55" flat TV & 300 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped for a mid/long stay. There is a washer & dryer.
Guest accessYou will have access to the whole apartment.
*PARKING OPTIONS *
*You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "Варна паркинг" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
*Alternatively there is a 2 paid parking zones near by (5-10 min walk), where you can leave your car for 12 leva per day.
Additional notes* We can offer AIRPORT TRANSFER for additional charge of EUR 20-25 , depending from the part of the day.
* PETS are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between EUR 20 and 50 . The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.
We can also provide upon request:
* Childrens crib for - EUR 15 per stay.
* High chair - EUR 10 per stay
* We keep to strictly NO SMOKE policy inside and guest can be charged up to the size of the security deposit as fine in case of a breach.

Neighborhood overviewThe "Greek neighborhood" is central and oldest part of Varna. The neighborhood borders with the railway station, the Sea Garden, the Festival Complex and Sea port.
There are found the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings from ancient times. the most famous of which are Roman thermal baths. They are the largest ancient building found in Bulgaria today.
At the beginning of the 20th century, new buildings with a European look were built in the neighborhood at the remains of the ancient buildings.
