The spaceThe property consists of:
3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen attached, 1 bathroom,
The main bedroom has a queen size double bed 160/200 cm, and is air conditioned.
The second bedroom is attached to the first one and has a 2 single beds- 160/200 cm.
The third one is more private and also has a queen size bed - 150/200. w/ A/C
There is a extendable couch into the living room that could be small single bed ( 120/180 cm) . Also there is the AC in the living room and 50" flat TV & 50 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a mid/long stay. There is a washer and dryer in a separate service rooms.
Guest accessYou will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿 PARKING OPTIONS 🅿
☛We can contact you with a guy, who rent out an underground parking spot (with lift) 100 meters away for 10 leva per day (Best option)
☛ You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day . For this purpose you need to download an app called "Варна паркинг" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
☛Alternatively there is a 2 paid parking zones just near by (5 min walk), where you can leave your car for 12 leva per day.
Additional notes🛬 We can offer airport shuttle for additional charge of EUR 20-25 , depending from the part of the day.
🐶 Pets are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between EUR 20 and 50 . 🐾 The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.

🚭 We keep to strictly NO SMOKE policy inside and guest can be charged up to the size of the security deposit as fine in case of a breach.

Neighborhood overviewDowntown the city of Varna is located in the southern part of the city. Knyaz Boris the First Boulevard is the most popular car-free street. This is where some of the most expensive boutiques in the city are located. Real estate brokers state that this is the second most expensive street in Bulgaria after the Vitosha Boulevard in Sofia.
You will be charmed by the quiet green streets and the many restaurants where different kinds of cuisine are offered.
The Sea Garden is accesible from Slivnitza, Knyaz Boris the First, Tzar Osvoboditel and Primorski boulevards. On the seaside alley, right beneath the Sea Garden, just minutes away from the administrative center you may choose some of the many beaches of Varna, as well as some of the many restaurants and food bars with romantic athmosphere and a sea view, where a great variety of fish and other seafood dishes.
Most of the government and municipality institutions are located downtown the city of Varna, as well as both the largest cultural centers in Eastern Bulgaria - The Festival and Congress Center and the Palace of Culture and Sports. Getting aroundThe Airport is 8 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line 409 also will take you there. The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-19 h working days, with a maximum continuous stay of 3 hours , but the advantage is the parking in the neighbor building, that we can provide. Alternatively, there is a 2 paid public parking lots at 5 min walk.
