The spaceThe property consists of:

The bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm, with AC and small desk, where you can work with your laptop or just makeup.
☛Into the living room you can sit comfortable on the sofa and watch on the 40" flat TV. 50 Mbt/s speed internet access available. With AC. 🛋 The sofa is modular and can be either double bed ( 160/200) or 2 single beds (80/200) or one single and half sofa.
☛The kitchen is fully equped for a mid / long stay.
Guest accessYou will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿 PARKING OPTIONS 🅿
👉 You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "Варна паркинг" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
👉 There is a public parking lot near by Festival center ( 5 min walk) . They charge 23 leva per day.

Additional notes🛬 We can offer AIRPORT TRANSFER for additional charge of EUR 20-25 , depending from the part of the day.
🐶 PETS are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between EUR 20 and 50 . 🐾 The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.

Neighborhood overviewDowntown the city of Varna is located in the southern part of the city. Knyaz Boris the First Boulevard is the most popular car-free street. This is where some of the most expensive boutiques in the city are located. Real estate brokers state that this is the second most expensive street in Bulgaria after the Vitosha Boulevard in Sofia.
You will be charmed by the quiet green streets and the many restaurants where different kinds of cuisine are offered.
The Sea Garden is accesible from Slivnitza, Knyaz Boris the First, Tzar Osvoboditel and Primorski boulevards. On the seaside alley, right beneath the Sea Garden, just minutes away from the administrative center you may choose some of the many beaches of Varna, as well as some of the many restaurants and food bars with romantic athmosphere and a sea view, where a great variety of fish and other seafood dishes.
Most of the government and municipality institutions are located downtown the city of Varna, as well as both the largest cultural centers in Eastern Bulgaria - The Festival and Congress Center and the Palace of Culture and Sports. Getting aroundThe Airport is 8 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line 409 also will take you there. The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-20 h working days, with a maximum continuous stay of 3 hours. Alternatively, there is a Outdoor Parking Lot by the Festival and Congress Centre.
