The space
! LOW CEILINGS ! Guest taller than 180 cm could be uncomfortable at some areas of the flat.
The property consists of:
1 bedrooms, kitchen&dining area, 1 bathroom and room.
The bedroom has a double bed 140/190 cm, NO AC.
There is a extendable sofa bed into the living room area of the second bedroom ( 110/190 cm) . There is a 43" smart flat TV (Where you watch NETFLIX or connect your personal device) & 100 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi. The AC for the whole unit is located in this living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a mid/long stay. There is a combined washer/dryer.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿️ PARKING OPTIONS 🅿️
* The building has a parking lot into the backyard with space for 10-12 cars , which is free for the users on premises. The parking is often crowded and free parking could be a challenge sometimes, but is possible.
* You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "Mpark" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
* There is a 2 paid parking zones just near by (5 min walk), where you can leave your car for 24 leva per day.

Neighborhood overview
The "Greek neighborhood" is central and oldest part of Varna. The neighborhood borders with the railway station, the Sea Garden, the Festival Complex and Sea port.
There are found the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings from ancient times. the most famous of which are Roman thermal baths (the "Small baths" are just by the building). They are the largest ancient building found in Bulgaria today.
At the beginning of the 20th century, new buildings with a European look were built in the neighborhood at the remains of the ancient buildings.
Getting around
The Airport is 8.5 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line also will take you there. The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-20 h, but the advantage is the free parking in the backyard of the building. Alternatively, there is a several paid parking lots in the area.
