The space
The property consists of:
2 bedrooms, kitchen&dining area, 1 bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm, NO AC.
There second bedroom cosist of 2 single beds ( 80/190 cm) .
There is a 40" flat TV & 50 Mbt/s internet connection w/wifi. The AC for the whole unit is located in this living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a mid/long stay. There is a combined washer/dryer.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment.
🅿 PARKING OPTIONS 🅿
☛ You can park on the street into the blue zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose you need to download an app called "Варна паркинг" and then pay with your credit card. Otherwise , you can just send me your plate number and i can do the payment instead of you.
☛ There is a public parking lot at Arhimandrit Filaret №7 ( 3 min walk) , and another one on Preslav №34 street. They both charge 12 leva per day.

☛ Childrens crib for - EUR 15 per stay.
☛ High chair - EUR 10 per stay
☛ We keep to strictly NO SMOKE policy inside and guest can be charged up to the size of the security deposit as fine in case of a breach.

Neighborhood overview
The "Greek neighborhood" is central and oldest part of Varna. The neighborhood borders with the railway station, the Sea Garden, the Festival Complex and Sea port.
There are found the remains of many Roman and Greek buildings from ancient times. the most famous of which are Roman thermal baths (the "Small baths" are just by the building). They are the largest ancient building found in Bulgaria today.
At the beginning of the 20th century, new buildings with a European look were built in the neighborhood at the remains of the ancient buildings.
Getting around
The Airport is 8.5 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line also will take you there. The area is paid (Blue zone) for car parking from 9-20 h. Alternatively, there is a several paid parking lots in the area.
